Daniel Kim, DOP

As director of pharmacy services, Daniel Kim, R.Ph., MBA oversees all aspects of medication management, including care continuity, antimicrobial stewardship and opioid management.

A pharmacy practice veteran of more than 28 years, Daniel has served in leadership roles for 22 of them. Before joining Dignity Health Rehabilitation Hospital, he held director-level positions with Sunrise Health System and The Valley Health System in Las Vegas, as well as St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Reno.  Prior to that, he worked in hospice, long-term care and pharmacy benefits management.

Daniel holds dual bachelor’s degrees from Oregon State University and a Master of Business Administration in health care management from Western Governor’s University.

He is a member of the American Society of Health Systems Pharmacists and The American College of Healthcare Executives.
