Anthem Blue Cross contract public announcement

Anthem Blue Cross recently issued a notice that it might terminate its contract with Dignity Health on July 31, 2021.

Please be advised that should this possible termination occur, there will be no impact to the separate contracts that remain in effect between Anthem Blue Cross and the following providers:

• Dignity Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Henderson, NV
• Dignity Health Physical Therapy outpatient centers
• Dignity Health Pediatric Therapy outpatient centers
